Return Policy

I want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • A photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging (including any damage)
  • Your order number

Once I have the details, I will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on what makes the most sense for your order.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or an incomplete order, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. I will ship the correct item or missing parts.

Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Because each order is prepared specifically for the buyer, I do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (for example: changed mind, ordered the wrong option, or it does not match personal preference).

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before your order has entered production or shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

The fastest way to reach me is through the channel where you placed your order:

  • Etsy: message me through your order on Etsy
  • Shopify checkout: reply to your order confirmation email

This policy is provided for customer clarity. If you ordered through a marketplace, that marketplace may have additional rules that apply to the transaction.
